The body of Beadazzle is made by layering colored beads in a glass tube to create a ‘bead painting’, capped with ebony wood. The front-turning object chamber glides on its ball bearing assembly. What is special about Beadazzle is the object chamber. It is filled with tiny multicolored beads that are either loose or interlaced to form little sculptural forms. Interacting with one another to create a unique texture to the two-mirror 5-point kaleidoscope illusion. Amid these marvelous beaded tapestries you will find beautiful lamp-worked glass and hand made beads. Additionally, the side-lit chamber allows light to wash over the objects within creating a wonderful play of light and shadow on the glass. Beadazzle measures 91/2 inches tall x 31/2 inches in diameter.
